Meet Traci

Traci L. Higgins is founder and principal of Roosevelt Drive Partners. She is a creative problem-solver who celebrates the critical roles kindness and empathy play in understanding and resolving issues. She enjoys working through conflict to bring out the best in others. Valued for her integrity and joyful spirit, Traci believes it is important to do the work needed to bring your best self to the party.

She began her professional career as a Federal District Court law clerk before joining the law firm of King & Spalding as an Associate. For more than a decade, Traci was a human resources leader at the Legal Services Corporation and has worked with several nonprofits including the Organizing Committee for the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Public Broadcasting Service, and the District of Columbia Public Schools. 

Traci studied at Georgetown University where she serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Board of Regents and GSP Advisory Board member. A former Peace Corps Volunteer, she earned a joint degree in law and public affairs from the University of Virginia School of Law and the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
