Policy and Systems Audits and Analysis. We review existing policy and systems, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement, to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, promote risk mitigation, and maintain alignment with an organization’s mission, core values, and beliefs.
Employee Relations. We partner with organizations to build solid, productive relationships between managers and their team members. We help resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and increase employee well-being.
Conflict Resolution. We coach and guide managers and employees to resolve conflicts and engage respectfully. Having difficult conversations the right way is productive and necessary to create positive change. We also conduct Mediations and Investigations to resolve conflicts and challenges.
Custom Consulting. We are creative problem-solvers and thought partners able to identify trouble spots and offer targeted, practical advice on how to address them.
Performance Challenges. We help navigate employee performance issues and work with both managers and employees to address conflicts and concerns. We can advise on the creation and management of performance improvement plans, including unavoidable separations.
